Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY with proud Puerto Rican roots, I’m a licensed sports acupuncturist and corrective exercise specialist who came to this work through an unconventional path—one shaped by personal transformation, deep curiosity, and a passion for movement and healing.
I earned my Master’s in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2021, but my journey into the world of health and performance began long before that. At 24, after embarking on a personal weight loss journey and shedding 60 pounds, I became a certified personal trainer. What started as a way to change my own life quickly grew into a calling to help others move better and feel better in their bodies.
While I never played sports growing up—something I often say makes it feel like this career chose me—I became deeply invested in strength and conditioning. I quickly developed a reputation as a trainer who prioritized recovery, corrective exercise, and injury prevention. I was fascinated not just by what the human body can do, but by the ways it compensates, breaks down, and heals.
That curiosity led me down a rabbit hole of learning, mentorship, and eventually, acupuncture. Today, I combine clinical acupuncture techniques with my background in movement and biomechanics to help clients recover faster, move with less pain, and reconnect with what they love doing—whether that’s training hard or simply living well.
My practice is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and curiosity. I meet each client where they are and help them build the tools they need to thrive—because I know firsthand how powerful that journey can be.
